SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL SCR600BL-CSSTB is an under-counter glass door all-refrigerator with wire shelves, a fully wrapped stainless steel cabinet, a wrapped stainless steel door, a professional stainless steel handle and a front mounted lock. It has automatic defrost and a fan for built-in use. It meets ANSI-NSF standard 7 for commercial use and is ETL-S listed.
The hidden rear evaporator (behind the cabinet wall) means this model can accommodate the largest trays in the industry (such as an 18 inch round pizza) with no problem.
