Mail Indicator Lights- On the outside of the Secure Mail Vault there is a green light and red light. The green light indicates mail has been delivered and is ready for retrieval. When mail is retrieved the green light will turn off.

The powder coated galvanized steel body is rust resistant and made to last almost forever. It installs easily onto a powder coated steel post using the hardware provided. ETL Secure Mail Vault Warranty info:
The Secure Mail Vault is warranted for 90 days against manufacturer defects or malfunctions. In the event of failure, ETL will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where ETL inspection discloses any defects occurring in normal usage. To obtain warranty service contact ETL, either through your Dealer, Catalog, Home Center or E-Tailer, or by calling 866-889-MAIL within the USA. Proof of purchase from the original consumer (original sales receipt) must accompany all warranty claims. Defects or damage caused by use of other than genuine ETL parts are not covered by this warranty. Please do NOT return your product without first contacting ETL.
