Scanpan Cookware Ergonomic uses the same production and surface technology as the Classic line, with some additional benefits. The patented handle design, which gives the line its name, is truly ergonomic, works for both right and left hand use and helps with handling this professional weight cookware. The glass covers are lighter weight and come with a metal rim to protect against chipping. Still, they are oven safe to 500°F, like the rest of the assortment.
The Professional line is the latest addition to their nonstick program, featuring 18/10 matt-and-polished stainless steel covers and ergonomic stainless steel handles, with a patent-pending design. They can be used without oil, butter or other seasonings, making it especially suitable for low fat diets.
