We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. If you are not satisfied with your product once it arrives, you may return it. Just get a Return Authorization number, to ensure proper tracking of your return item. Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition, in original packages, may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt, less shipping cost. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt.
We ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Most orders are shipped between 24 - 72 hours after being received. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Living In Comfort will ship your items via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs for every product can be obtained by using the shipping calculator on each product page. Additionally, you will see your total shipping cost when you enter your shipping address in the shopping cart.
