The compounds are mix and wipped and poured into a pin core mold to create the aerated cell structure. The mold is sealed and vacuum to pull all the air out of the mold. The latex is chilled to -20 degrees Fahrenheit that prevents particles from settling. Talalay Latex provides the most supple, body conforming and long lasting overlays.
