Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt.

We ship within the contiguous U.S. only. Most orders are shipped between 24 - 72 hours after being received. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Living In Comfort will ship your items via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs for every product can be obtained by using the shipping calculator on each product page.
