Transport hot ready-to-serve rice or sushi rice in the Zojirushi Rice Container. Stack up to 5 optional Shari-trays for storing ready-to-serve shari (sushi rice). Also may be used to transport cold or frozen items. Urethane foam used as a thermal insulation for maximum heat retention while keeping it lightweight.
