This model features a durable grooved V-Belt direct drive belt transmission system that creates a smooth and quiet ride. This bike’s stable frame is made from round, smooth, heavy-duty tubing. The tension control knob allows you to control the intensity of your pace. Micro adjustable slide systems on the seat and handlebars provide you with infinite adjustment options. - FREE SPINNING DVD - Robert Sherman's "Cycle Challenge" It gives you more than a ride! The new ride begins with a Warm-Up ride (15min.). Precise speed training drills are next (15min.). Options are then available to either continue cycling with a super strong strength ride (15min.), OR get off the bike and begin the Total Body Core Training (40min.) Complete the workout with a stretch, choosing an either On of Off the bike option (9min.)
