The Classic Top Piece may be used in a variety of different applications. It can sit on top of a pilaster, bolt onto a wall as an exterior wall mount, or two tops can screw onto the specially designed aluminum powder coated mounting plate for a double mount. This model is the Gaines Classic Mailbox without the post.

The Classic Mailbox Top weighs a substantial 30 lbs., and is crafted from 16 different castings. This stately mailbox features hand-fitted and hand-polished solid brass accent or verde accent pieces, including a flag.

High-Security Option
The high security option restricts an unwanted hand from entering the box. The mail depository opening is reduced by half. This option must be ordered at time order is placed. It cannot be added although it can be removed.
