Option 1: Curbside Delivery. Order is brought to the curb near your home.. Customer is responsible for bringing item from truck into home. Delivery company will call in advance to make a delivery appointment so you can be ready and have help available if necessary.
Option 2: Basic Inside Delivery. Order is brought to the inside your garage/home to the nearest ground entrance. Customer is responsible for bringing item into room of choice. Delivery company will call in advance to make a delivery appointment so you can be ready.
Option 3: White Glove Deluxe Delivery. Your furniture will be brought inside home and placed in the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs) This option includes removal and disposal of packing material. Delivery company will call in advance to make a delivery appointment so you can be ready.
Warranty Information - given to the original purchaser:
Frame: A one year warranty applies to all hardwood and plywood frames. The manufacture warrants the frames to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year. Under this warranty the manufactures obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or arts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.
Cushioning: All cushioning will naturally soften with use. This should be considered as normal wear and tear and not as a loss of resiliency or a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by physical damage, improper use or normal wear and tear after the original sale. Under this warranty the manufactures obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping and installation are not covered by this warranty.
Fabric: The manufacture warrants to you, the original retail purchaser, for one (1) year from date of purchase, all upholstery fabrics against fraying and seam slippage and all leather products to be free of defect in workmanship and materials, seam slippage and cracking. This warranty is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident. This warranty also does not apply if there has been a protective coating treatment after the original shipment to the retail purchaser.
Under this warranty the manufacture obligation is limited to repairing or replacing any part or parts covered under this warranty. Costs for packaging, shipping, and installation are not covered by this warranty
