Delivery Options:
Curbside - NO Liftgate: Customer will have to take the item off the back of the truck (about 3 feet off the ground).Curbside - WITH Liftgate: Customer will have to move items from street level into home.
Inside Delivery: Items will be brought to inside entrance of home by truck driver but will not be set up.
PLEASE NOTE The driver is not required to take the chair into any other rooms, up or down any stairs or remove any packaging. If you need any of these services please arrange to have someone there to perform them.

Frame:
The wooden frame on this model is composed of seasoned European hardwoods. These woods are selected at source and seasoned for a minimum of 2 years to ensure longterm durability.
Suspension Unit
The seating suspension on this model is European elastic webbing. This webbing is woven vertically and horizontally in the back and in the seating areas. The durability and the strength of this product is unmatched in the industry. Every inch holds a minimum of 720 pounds of pressure, thereby creating the strongest suspension in the industry.
CHOCO Leather 2520:
The leather in this model is semi-aniline. This means that the leather is colored through and through and then sprayed with a light protective coat of polyurethane finish, affording the consumer a leather that is versatile in wear and use. Most common household stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. (Best results are achieved when cleaned within minutes of spotting.) Any color or grain variations between pieces and within the same piece are natural features and should not be considered unusual. The leather is buttery soft to the touch and will complement any décor and color scheme.
Cushions & seating
The seat and back cushions are composed of polyurethane foam cores with a high quality dacron fiber topper for comfort.The density of these cushions varies from 2.0 to 2.3, representing the total number of porous holes per unit of measurement. The standard in the industry is 1.8, which is considered average in quality and comfort.
