Delivery Options:
Curbside - NO Liftgate: Customer will have to take the item off the back of the truck (about 3 feet off the ground).Curbside - WITH Liftgate: Customer will have to move items from street level into home.
Inside Delivery: Items will be brought to inside entrance of home by truck driver but will not be set up.
PLEASE NOTE The driver is not required to take the chair into any other rooms, up or down any stairs or remove any packaging. If you need any of these services please arrange to have someone there to perform them.

Frame:
The wooden frame on this model is composed of seasoned European hardwoods. These woods are selected at source and seasoned for a minimum of 2 years to ensure long-term durability.
Suspension unit
The seating suspension on this model is European elastic webbing. This webbing is woven vertically and horizontally in the back and seating areas. The durability and strength of this product is unmatched in the industry. Every inch holds a minimum of 720 pounds of pressure, thus creating the strongest suspension in the industry.
Leather 150 Whiskey:
The leather on this model is semi-aniline. This means that the leather is colored through and through and then sprayed with a light protective coat of polyurethane finish, giving the consumer versatility in wear and use. Most common household stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. (Best results are achieved when cleaned within minutes of spotting.) The grain texture on this leather is natural and antiqued for a fashionably highlighted, aged appearance. Its "distressed leather" quality underscores the natural characteristics of the hide such as healed scars, scratches, and wrinkles as positive characteristics of genuine leather. Similarly, any color and grain variations between pieces and within the same piece are natural features and should not be considered unusual.
Cushions & seating
The seat and back cushions are composed of polyurethane foam cores with a high quality dacron fiber topper for comfort. The density of these cushions varies from 2.0 to 2.3, representing the total number of porous holes per unit of measurement. The standard in the industry is 1.8, which is considered average in quality and comfort.
Warranty
The frame, suspension, foam and leather are covered for 5 years with normal household wear and use.
