This is what you will receive and are asked to fill out and mail back to Luke Leather in a self address stamped envelope.

Delivery Options:

Curbside - NO LiftGate: Customer will have to take the item off the back of the truck (about 3 feet off the ground).

Curbside - WITH Liftgate: Customer will have to move items from street level into home.

Inside Delivery: Items will be brought to inside entrance of home by truck driver but will not be setup.

PLEASE NOTE The driver is not required to take the chair into any other rooms, up or down any stairs or remove any packaging. If you need any of these services please arrange to have someone there that can perform them.

Frame:
The wooden frame on this model is composed of seasoned european hardwoods. These woods are selected at source at seasoned for a minimum of 2 years to ensure long-term durability.

Suspension unit
The seating suspension on this model is european elastic webbing. This webbing is woven vertically and horizontally in the back and in the seating areas. The durability and the strength of this product is unmatched in the industry. Every inch holds a minimum of 720 pounds of pressure; creating the strongest suspension in the industry.

Leather 150 Whiskey:
The leather on this model is semi aniline. This means that the leather is colored through and through and does possess and light protective coat of polyurethane finish on the surface of the leather. This gives the consumer versatility in wear and use; most common household stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap if addressed within minutes of the spill, spot or stain. The grain texture on this leather is natural and antiqued. This leather is designed and marketed to resemble an old world distressed look and feel. You will notice some color variations and grain variations between each piece and sometimes within the same piece. These are natural characteristics and should not be considered unusual.

Cushions & seating
The seat and back cushions are composed of polyurethane foam cores with a high quality dacron fiber topper for comfort. The density of these cushions varies, from 2.0 to 2.3. This means the total number of porous holes per unit of measurement. Standard in the industry is 1.8 which would be considered average in quality and comfort.

Warranty
The frame, suspension, foam and leather is covered for 5 years under normal household wear and use.
