"Finding a safe, strong and appealing baby gate is tough. We searched for a few days and visited a few stores. The cheap ones were poor quality, as were some of the more expensive ones. The G15 gates seemed to get the best reviews, and I believe we also read something about them in consumer reports or a friend-recommended baby website. Why did we buy from y'all? Clearly price was a driver. Though your price for the product is not the lowest, it is when you compare it against the product and shipping costs that your competitors were charging. Since we spent a certain limit (I think over $300), our shipping was free - and that sealed the deal! Although you 'had our money', I was very surprised and pleased by the customer service provided as well. We received an email telling us the shipping date.
Our order arrived - though it was a partial delivery due to a backlog. When we contacted you to discuss the problem (nothing was in our package to indicate that it was a partial delivery) and you assured us that the rest of the delivery would come in the next few weeks and it did. Not only did you deliver a second package free of charge, your following the delivery up with an email really sets you apart from other competitors. So....thanks! As we are able, we will continue to get items as needed from your store/website."

"We purchased the Phil and Teds Lazy Ted Bouncer Kit. Overall I was pretty happy with the service. Our purchase arrived to us in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition. The only complaint I have is with the kit itself. After only having used it once, the kit broke at one of its plastic attachment points inside the tube. The kit is still usable, but whenever I move the seat I have to fit the two ends together again. That part of the kit seems a bit cheapy to me, especially since it costs $30.00 essentially just for the "legs" of the bouncer seat."
