The Benevenuto automatically adjusts the water quantity and the amount of ground coffee used for each of these beverages. You have the option of manually adjusting the coffee grind and temperature for the ultimate flexibility. The Bosch AromaSwirl System yields maximum flavor and aroma from the brewing process. This special system combines freshly ground coffee with water that is at the ideal temperature in a pressurized brewing system. The coffee grounds are conditioned (presoaked) in hot water for a few seconds, and then subjected to high pressure during the computer controlled brewing cycle. The BOSCH Benevenuto B-130 has the most feature-rich coffee selection system of any machine in its class. Using the coffee drink selection knob and digital display you can choose among the following drink options: Small espresso, espresso, small coffee, coffee, large coffee, and XXL coffee. You may also choose to double any of these selections for total of 12 drink options.
Hot Water Dispenser & Instant Steam Feature
Turn on the steam knob, wait about 10 seconds, and you will have all of the instant steam you want for cappuccinos or lattes. A convenient frothing tip for creating milk froth comes with the machine and delivers perfect foam every time for lattes or cappuccinos, even if you have never foamed milk before! The steam wand is located on the right-front of the machine and it accommodates frothing pitchers up to 20 oz. Special Bosch Pre-Ground Coffee Funnel
This option allows you to pour pre-ground coffee into a funnel that is accessed by lifting a small lid on top of the machine.
