Just get a Return Authorization number, to ensure proper tracking of your return item. Any unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition, in original packages, may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt, less shipping cost. Claims for products that are received damaged must be made within 5 days of receipt.

If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know and do our best to ship it as soon as we can. Living In Comfort will ship your items via UPS Ground unless specified otherwise.
