Shipping & Delivery

We have a state-of-the-art shipping system and try to ship every order as quickly as possible. Currently, we can only ship within the contiguous U.S. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Purto Rico and APO addresses.

-Delivery Times

We ship some of our items from our Maryland warehouse and some are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, delivery times vary so please refer to the specific product pages for better shipping estimates. In general, the shipping times are as follows:

Orders for in stock items that are received before 1 PM EST, usually ship the same business day. Expedited shipments are available for most regular sized item.

Orders for items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer usually take 1-2 weeks for delivery. If an item takes longer than 2 weeks we will send you an email with a more accurate delivery estimate.

Special order items such as furniture, crib sets, personalized products, etc. usually take longer. We will send you an email with the approximate shipping times.

-Expedited Shipping

Many of our items are avialable for expedited shipping. When placing an order, be aware that expedited shipping times do not include the day you place your order. For example: If you place an order after 1PM on Tuesday via 2 Day Air, your order will not receive your order until Friday. If an item cannot be shipped expedited we will contact you via email. Next Day Air items are not guaranteed to arrive the next business day - if you need an item the next day, please contact us via phone (Toll Free 866-765-8115) to make arrangments. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping.

-Truck Shipments

If an item is being shipped via truck the shipping charge will be clearly marked on the product description page. If your order is delivered to a remote or hard-to-reach location, there might be additional charges as determined by the freight company. Truck shipments usually take a few days longer so please allow for extra time. In addition, truck shipments cannot be expedited.

Always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing and contact us at 866-765-8115.

-Backorders

If an item is on backorder we will notify you via email.

-Refused Order

If you refuse an order you will be credited less shipping charges after the merchandise is received in our warehouse.
